Associate Manager PT 20-29 hours

Lead retail sales and client experience as part of the TUMI store team, driving performance against personal and store KPI goals and building strong client relationships. Coach and develop associates through roleplay, training content, and 360-degree feedback practices, while supporting the Store Manager with training efforts. Maintain compliance with company policies, manage timecards for payroll accuracy, and uphold visual merchandising standards for a consistent luxury experience.
