Key Responsibilities

  • •Test raw materials, in-process, utility, and base powder samples according to established methods to meet TAT and produce accurate results.
  • •Perform routine lab activities including equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards (including 5S).
  • •Support OOS/deviations/atypical/invalid results investigations using Root Cause Analysis.
  • •Assist with method verification and validation (when required) and support global analytical method harmonization (method transfer and implementation).
  • •Use GLIMS to manage laboratory data, maintain complete laboratory records, monitor quality trends, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder in analytical chemistry, food science, or a related field.
  • •Basic knowledge of GLP, GDP, GMP, and ISO17025 for laboratory work.
  • •Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis to support investigations for OOS, deviations, atypical, or invalid results.
  • •Hands-on experience with chemistry laboratory testing technology and instruments such as IC, GC, and titrator (preferred).
  • •Experience in the milk powder industry (preferred).
