Job Summary

Support the global Product Enablement & Go-to-Market organization for the ServiceNow business by building and maintaining technical enablement assets for regional sales, pre-sales, and pursuit teams. Own demo environment readiness (provisioning, refresh, guided flows), develop sales training materials, and provide SWAT/Tiger Team support for strategic pursuits. Maintain competitive battlecards, RFP libraries, and customer success program templates to help teams sell consistently and accelerate high-quality submissions.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional teams with ServiceNow solution and industry enablement assets such as slides, talk tracks, demo scripts, and reusable content.
•Create and maintain client pitch decks, sales playbooks, and RFP response libraries with version control and consistent branding/messages.
•Coordinate provisioning, refresh, and upkeep of demo environments, and publish guided demo flows with supporting guides and troubleshooting notes.
•Develop and maintain sales training materials and coordinate session logistics while tracking enablement effectiveness through usage and attendance.
•Provide pursuit and Tiger Team support by coordinating inputs and packaging pursuit-ready materials, including proposal/RFP responses and executive-ready summaries.

Key Requirements

•Experience in product enablement, pre-sales operations, pursuit/proposal support, marketing operations, or GTM support roles in a technology or consulting environment.
•Working knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and common demo/pursuit motions (preferred) with the ability to learn quickly.
•Strong content production skills in PowerPoint and Word, including building and maintaining client pitch decks, sales playbooks, RFP response libraries, competitive battlecards, and sales training materials.
•Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines while organizing tasks, tracking actions, and following through to completion.
•Detail-oriented quality control with clear written and verbal communication, turning technical inputs into concise, field-ready assets.
