Key Responsibilities

•Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials, including digital and print assets, to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication strategies.
•Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the design process.
•Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to project success.
•Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
•Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to align with brand guidelines and objectives.
•Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, digital media, and marketing to develop innovative visual solutions.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey concepts and work with cross-functional teams.
•Project management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across multiple projects.
