Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee projects across the entire lifecycle from concept through execution (site assessment, remediation, demolition) for brownfield and environmental initiatives
  • •Drive sales, business development and project acquisition by leveraging industry networks and engaging industrial clients and developers
  • •Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including technical experts and department heads, to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • •Foster innovative thinking and explore new markets and approaches to improve solution development and growth strategies
  • •Collaborate in an international setting, contributing to a collaborative and non-hierarchical team culture

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences (Geo- or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology), Civil Engineering or comparable degree
  • •Multiple years of experience in client acquisition, management and leadership of projects, especially in brownfield recycling, contaminated site remediation and demolition
  • •Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, rules and statutory requirements
  • •Fluent in German and English
