Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage purchase orders for Supply Chain requesters, validating and tracking them in line with internal requirements and policies.
  • •Monitor order statuses and proactively flag supply or delivery bottlenecks; expedite critical shipments.
  • •Maintain procurement dashboards and conduct price/spend analysis to find cost-saving opportunities and process inefficiencies.
  • •Coordinate with logistics and supply chain vendors: maintain vendor databases, track KPIs, and help resolve billing or delivery discrepancies.
  • •Support sourcing and compliance by assisting with RFIs/RFPs, maintaining ERP/procurement system accuracy, and supporting supplier onboarding and qualification.
