Procurement Operations Specialist

Own procurement operations for Supply Chain categories by managing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and expediting critical shipments. Use procurement dashboards to analyze price and spend, identify inefficiencies, and support cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain vendors, maintain vendor KPIs/databases, and resolve billing or delivery discrepancies. Support sourcing by assisting with RFIs/RFPs and ensure compliance and accurate ERP/procurement system maintenance, while partnering with finance and internal stakeholders.
