Job Summary

Work onsite at AudioNova’s clinic in Stockholm, supporting Region Stockholm patients throughout the full hearing rehabilitation process. Perform hearing tests, assess needs, and fit hearing aids and other technical assistive devices. Provide high service through each step, ensuring procedures follow AudioNova and authorities’ standards, while staying flexible when day-to-day plans change. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team leaders and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct hearing tests, evaluate each customer’s needs, and help choose the best solution.
•Fit and adjust hearing aids and other technical equipment based on customer needs.
•Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
•Ensure all tasks and processes follow AudioNova and authority standards and guidelines.
•Act on initiatives proposed by the Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Support Office, e.g., process improvements.

•Good Swedish and English skills in speaking and writing.
•IT user proficiency with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and a driving license (B körkort).
