Catering Supervisor (QA)

As Catering Supervisor in QA, you oversee site-wide procurement, inventory, and daily operations across kitchen, dining, lodging, and transport; supervise staff, enforce HACCP, ensure safety and cost control, and report to Projects Manager. You’ll coordinate with Production Manager and Site Supervisors, schedule shifts, and train new hires to uphold quality standards.
