Key Responsibilities

•Run the space: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming.
•Foster culture & community: Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team-building activities that bring people together.
•Own space planning & workplace strategy: Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
•Support onboarding & recruiting: Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience.
•Be the face of Assort’s community: Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually
