Job Summary

Drive Transactional FX growth across the Americas by executing revenue and volume strategy, building and managing a client pipeline, and converting opportunities through acquisition and relationship management. Serve as the Transactional FX Subject Matter Expert, embed the Payments and Foreign Exchange Solutions strategy with senior stakeholders, partner with coverage teams to structure solutions and negotiate deals, and support onboarding from mandate through execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Transactional FX growth strategy across the Americas, focusing on revenue, volumes, and pipeline conversion.
•Communicate and embed the PFS strategy with senior stakeholders across Global Banking, Commercial Banking, and Global Payment Solutions (GPS).
•Act as the Transactional FX Subject Matter Expert to build product awareness and accelerate a client pipeline.
•Partner with frontline coverage teams to identify opportunities, structure solutions, negotiate, and close new business.
•Support onboarding and implementation for mandated Transactional FX opportunities, ensuring momentum from mandate to execution.

•Solid understanding of the Transactional FX market, solutions, and relevant industry networks/contacts, with good knowledge of the payments landscape.
•Familiarity with contractual and legal processes, operating effectively at the interface of commercial and legal stakeholders.
