Manufacturing Engineer IV - (E4)

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication through final assembly. Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and manage manufacturing engineering projects. Apply lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement to estimate/reduce manufacturing and product costs, improve quality, set time standards, and recommend tooling/process requirements. Create and evaluate test procedures, perform PFMEA/root-cause corrective actions, and mentor/train lower-level engineers.
