Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of maintenance, including developing SOPs, training staff, and implementing the maintenance system.
  • •Serve on the plant leadership team to build a high-performance team.
  • •Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance matters.
  • •Oversee the maintenance department to achieve KPIs, coordinating planning and resources with internal customers.
  • •Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations, while managing department budgets and driving continuous improvement.
