Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team responsible for processing continuing education test materials, payments, and documentation.
  • •Onboard new mailings, systems, and tests to ensure correct and consistent processing.
  • •Supervise mailroom fulfillment to guarantee accuracy and efficiency of daily duties.
  • •Prepare and reconcile daily check deposits, verify payment batches, balance totals, and resolve deposit discrepancies in collaboration with accounting and Data Entry teams.
  • •Oversee clean-room protocol compliance (including restrictions on personal electronics) and resolve documentation/processing issues while recommending process and staffing improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 54,000 - 57,000 annually

  • •2+ years’ experience in an office environment.
  • •1+ year of experience leading processes and/or team members.
  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Clerical and/or managerial experience required.
