Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.
  • •Build effective working relationships with injured claimants, lawyers, rehabilitation advisors, and medical professionals to support rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
  • •Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements, including interpreting medical reports.
  • •Review treatment requests and organise investigations into claims with a focus on proactive claims management.
  • •Make settlement offers and attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims toward finalisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven para-legal or personal injury experience (preference).
  • •Insurance claims experience, preferably in CTP/Personal Injury, and relevant qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medical, Allied Health, or related fields.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply legislation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to simplify legal terms for customers.
  • •Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • •Ability to manage a target-driven caseload under high-pressure conditions and meet deadlines.
