Maintain day-to-day operations for a grain and agronomy facility, including loading/unloading grain and agricultural inputs from trucks and railcars, operating automated scale/dump systems, and performing scheduled maintenance and repairs. Monitor and record inventory quality, keep work areas safe and organized, support customer service, and handle warehouse tasks such as forklift operation and grounds maintenance, including snow removal.

Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products, and prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment for leaks and recording maintenance.
•Monitor and maintain inventory quality for blended, bulk, or packaged products.
•Maintain a clean, safe work environment; perform warehouse, grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report safety concerns or customer issues.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•CDL license (or ability to attain one) with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
