Talent Acquisition Manager

Lead end-to-end recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams by building, developing, and managing a recruiting team focused on high-volume hiring targets. Oversee full life-cycle recruiting, hiring events, and leadership recruiting where applicable, while using data and reporting to improve recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire. Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across HR Operations and Talent Development to translate talent needs into successful hires.
