Preconstruction Estimator (Construction/HVAC)

Create detailed cost estimates for turnkey HVAC contracting projects by building scope, assembling project data, and analyzing bid documents and existing conditions. Partner with Account Managers and local contractors to price purchased equipment, prepare preliminary proposals, and identify cost-saving opportunities and risk items. Support pre-bid meetings and provide technical assistance during strategic job acquisition while working with internal teams to control cost variations.
