Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and plan costs, present final cost plan, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Manage tendering and reporting including tender list, preliminaries, analysis, and change control with post-contract cost variances.
  • •Conduct cost checks and valuations to ensure accuracy; input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts.
  • •Lead cost management team and interface with clients and consultants across project stages; identify opportunities, assist bid documentation, and improve cost management procedures and internal database inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • •MRICS qualified or working towards MRICS.
  • •UK cost management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector.
  • •Experience working on larger projects.
  • •Experience working on new build and fit-out projects, with excellent communication skills and client-facing ability.
