Area Controls Manager - Heart of Texas

Lead the Controls/Building Automation team for the Heart of Texas area, driving execution, project delivery, and targeted profitability. You’ll manage and develop fulfillment associates, plan and assign work, monitor area project portfolio performance, and support safety priorities. Serve as the primary interface across customers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring contract/estimate reviews, customer satisfaction, and achievement of annual operating plan objectives in Austin, San Antonio, and Coastal Bend.
