Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Consumer and Regional Banking leadership nationwide to execute Specialty Banking NFP and Foreign Subsidy strategy across channels (branches, business banking, private bank, HFA, etc.)
  • •Create and lead Not-for-Profit and Foreign Subsidy COI strategy for business bankers
  • •Provide education and awareness about COIs in the Not-for-profit and Foreign Subsidies space to Business Bankers
  • •Develop and maintain a long-term vision to ensure consistent execution for new Specialty Banking originations
  • •Lead field communication efforts and ensure consistent field execution across CRB in footprint

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •12–15+ years of Business Banking/Not for Profit and/or Foreign Subsidies banking experience
  • •Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization
  • •Excellent communication skills with professional grammar and demeanor
