Job Summary

Own the lowest layers of the network stack for large-scale AI training and inference, ensuring reliability of interconnects (RDMA/RoCE, NVLink/NVSwitch) at multi-thousand-GPU scale. Build instrumentation and tooling, diagnose cross-cloud fabric quirks, and coordinate with cloud providers to keep researchers’ fleets running without worrying about the fabric.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Reason about and validate GPU network fabric design across deployments.
•Debug RDMA / RoCEv2 across different NIC vendors and diagnose NCCL/PFC/ECN issues.
•Own NVLink / NVSwitch interconnect, fabric manager, health, and error handling.
•Build host-level network instrumentation and dashboards/alerts using Linux tooling.
•Navigate cross-cloud fabric quirks and triage across NIC, driver, kernel, switch, and workload boundaries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 350,000 - 475,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or similar.
•Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python or Rust).

•Thrive in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional partners and a bias for action to ship across stacks.
