Job Summary

Assemble and install seat and other parts inside the manufacturing plant by following blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and the production build plan. Perform routine preparation tasks, operate and maintain equipment, and handle more complex machinery. Support on-time delivery by meeting daily and monthly production targets, coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams, and participate in EH&S practices to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Undertake general assembler duties including manual assembly, stores duties, leather work, machine operations, and preparing/painting finished parts.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components according to operation and sequence specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or shop practices.
•Follow the production build plan and team lead instructions, performing routine preparation tasks for assembly.
•Handle more complex equipment and machinery and perform quick failure analysis to propose actions to the team lead/supervisor.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing Support and Quality Teams to meet daily/monthly production targets and ensure products meet company/customer/international standards while adhering to EH&S practices.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of related experience in assembly/production/manufacturing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•At least 2 years technical or vocational course graduate.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools/techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S).
•Good communicator in verbal and written English.
•Flexibility with working hours, overtime, and willingness to work a shifting schedule to meet targets and deadlines.
