Key Responsibilities

•Promote safety as a value and way of working across the facility with employees and contractors.
•Analyze and understand factory losses including OEE, yield, labor productivity, utilities, and solid waste using available data sources.
•Design and deploy solutions to eliminate losses and improve processes to meet productivity goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify loss drivers and implement effective solutions.
•Create project documentation per ePMO and capex governance for projects requiring capital.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,800 - 97,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in a manufacturing environment with GMP in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar quality standards.
•Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.
•Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to motivate others.
•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; SQL, RSLogix, AutoCAD, MiniTab; other specialized computer skills considered.
•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
