Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex mixed-use developments, managing workstreams from feasibility and planning through execution and handover.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Design, Operations, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle & Entertainment, Finance) and external partners to deliver integrated projects.
  • •Drive feasibility and development planning, including business cases, development scenarios, masterplan assessments, site due diligence, and strategic recommendations.
  • •Manage consultants, operators, and delivery partners to ensure design solutions align with commercial objectives, operational requirements, customer experience goals, and development strategy.
  • •Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost plans, procurement activities, contract reviews, value engineering, risk registers, mitigation plans, and governance stage-gate compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •11+ years of experience in real estate development and mixed-use, retail, hospitality, investment, or large-scale development environments.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Law, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, business units, consultants, and external partners.
  • •Deep understanding of development processes including feasibility studies, governance, commercial coordination, and project delivery, preferably with UAE regulatory/authority frameworks.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align across complex matrix organizations.
