Lead and articulate end-to-end IT solutions for enterprise customers across multiple industries, translating business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps. Partner with sales teams to craft differentiated, value-driven architectures and coordinate cross-functional resources through the entire solution cycle, from discovery to implementation, while mentoring peers and contributing to internal training.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manage enterprise organizations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.
•Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology.
•Able to create the architecture and engage Business/ IT on it.
•Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs aligned to business value.
•Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with a broad range of supporting technical and business resources.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience
•Exposure to Design Thinking, consulting methodologies and Enterprise Architecture is a plus
•Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and application modernization
•Business case / value engineering experience to drive compelling viewpoints
•Industry experience in Financial Services, High-Tech, or Government is advantageous
