Senior Tax Manager

Own end-to-end U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including returns, extensions, estimated tax, and tax notices, audits, and examinations. Lead state tax planning to optimize effective tax rate and cash taxes, perform return-to-provision analysis, and support the quarterly and annual ASC 740 process. Coordinate external providers, maintain compliance policies and risk frameworks, research complex issues, and help improve and automate compliance workflows using internal AI tools.
