Job Summary

Drive security and compliance assurance programs for public sector and commercial products, partnering with Security, Engineering, Product, Legal, and other teams. Own controls mapping, gap analysis, evidence collection, ATO package delivery, POAM tracking, vulnerability management, STIG implementation, and security configuration oversight. Maintain security documentation and GRC tooling (eMASS/Xacta) across the monitoring phase, manage external audit relationships, and expand the company’s certification portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead public sector compliance programs, including controls mapping, gap analysis, evidence collection, ATO packages, certification timelines, and coordination with 3PAOs/external assessors.
•Oversee Security Risk Management A&A processes, including cloud system risk assessments, POAM development/tracking, vulnerability management, STIG implementation, and security configuration oversight.
•Drive cross-functional control implementation by partnering with product, engineering, security, operations, legal, and people ops to deploy technical, administrative, and operational controls.
•Set priorities and cadences for intake, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and deadline management; report program health and risks to the Head of Global Assurance.
•Maintain system security documentation and GRC tooling, including continuous updates and uploading control evidence to eMASS or Xacta throughout monitoring, while supporting customer assurance activities.

Key Requirements

•Active US Top Secret security clearance with minimum IAT Level 2 certification (Security+, CASP, or similar).
•7+ years of experience in security compliance, technology audit, GRC, cloud security, or related roles, with meaningful exposure to public sector markets.
•Experience implementing and maintaining security compliance frameworks/standards such as FedRAMP, DoD Cloud Computing SRG, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.
•Deep familiarity with STIG/RMF policy knowledge and implementation, including validating compliance via ACAS and relevant tests.
•Experience managing controls mapping, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and audit coordination across distributed engineering and infrastructure teams.
