Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct remote mental health assessments (telephone or video) for Bupa clients, customers, and members.
  • •Provide evidence-based treatment recommendations in line with NICE guidelines and relevant policies and procedures.
  • •Work independently while receiving clinical supervision from qualified professionals and participating in regular clinical supervision.
  • •Coordinate daily with internal services and external organisations to support client care.
  • •Maintain practice within clinical competencies and seek supervision when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a BPS accredited degree in Psychology or health-related sciences.

  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathic, compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
  • •IT proficiency and proven customer service experience.
