Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the hardware chip development lifecycle from specification through silicon manufacturing.
  • •Analyze electrical performance of Analog/Digital Mixed Signal (AMS) designs and support integration into the overall chip system/product.
  • •Review flagged issues, assess whether fixes are required, and drive investigation and resolution.
  • •Develop, investigate, and enhance scripts and test cases to automate the IP design analysis workflow.
  • •Work with 3rd-party IP vendors and internal engineering teams to review analysis results, cross-reference issues after integration, and support pre-manufacturing physical verification analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • •Strong hardware and software skills with an understanding of analog and digital transistor device behavior.
  • •Ability to develop well-structured, maintainable scripts using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and TCL.
  • •Experience using EDA tools for analysis and verification at a conceptual level.
  • •Basic experience with UNIX/Linux command line and tools such as HSPICE, Verilog, or VHDL; interest in transistor-level circuits and/or layout.
