Job Summary

CX Architect responsible for designing and optimizing post-sales expansion efforts, acting as a general manager to improve GTM efficiency, roadmapping solutions, and partnering with GTM Ops, Engineering, and Finance to scale revenue. You will own cross-functional initiatives from product changes to process improvements, while engaging directly with customers and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes in a hypergrowth AI/SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize value creation across the customer journey by identifying inefficiencies in the expansion process and collaborating with GTM Ops and GTM Engineers to resolve them using Clay and related tools
•Drive internal moonshot goals by expanding efficiency and identifying new use cases for Clay
•Embed within the post-sales organization to design innovative solutions and anticipate future technological advances
•Lead implementation and change management for GTM initiatives by designing selling and retention processes, developing playbooks, and supporting forecasting activities
•Partner with GTM Finance and GTM Engineering to plan incentives, capacity models, and product extensions that scale across the GTM organization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, and analysis with at least 4 years in revenue operations at a hypergrowth AI / SaaS company
•At least 1 year of experience owning a P&L, quota, retention, implementation, pipeline or other business outcome personally
•Implemented novel GTM strategies with measurable business impact and are excited to do it again
•Exceptional quantitative modeling skills with experience understanding funnel and cohort performance
•Executive presence: communicates clearly, challenges assumptions, and can say “I don’t know yet!”
