Job Summary

Drive day-to-day store performance for a luxury fashion brand by delivering sales targets and KPIs, building and retaining VIP client relationships, and leading team development. Own store action plans, omnichannel customer experience, and operational excellence, including SOP compliance, e-commerce order processing, and merchandising/VM standards. Lead through brand values, coach the team, and ensure legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive store business performance by setting, executing, and monitoring the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
•Build and manage a VIP customer base through clienteling, customer data, and conversion of new clients into loyal VIPs.
•Lead and develop the store team by recruiting, retaining, coaching, and supporting performance improvement plans.
•Ensure omnichannel customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints, leveraging point of sales and ecommerce activities.
•Maintain operational excellence by ensuring SOP compliance, overseeing e-commerce fulfillment timelines/quality, and following merchandising/VM standards.
