Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute regional continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehousing using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • •Optimize material flow and layouts to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities across regional sites.
  • •Standardize and govern logistics material flow and best practices across hubs and facilities, including packaging efficiency programs.
  • •Facilitate Kaizen/Lean events and conduct end-to-end value stream mapping to design and implement future-state ways of working.
  • •Act as an operational lead for WMS/digital tool rollouts and automation integrations, and support 6S workplace organization while training local teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or an engineering-related field.
  • •5+ years in project planning and execution roles, with Kaizen certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
  • •Experience with change management and root cause analysis, including value stream mapping and kaizen facilitation.
  • •Track record delivering measurable productivity, cost, quality, and service improvements.
  • •Proven ability to give training to large teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
