PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT I - Debone S2

Direct processing operations and personnel to meet production, quality, and budget standards. Plan short-term shift and continuity activities, coordinate materials, machine loading, and equipment maintenance, and integrate with other plant functions to improve output, productivity, and product quality. Lead, train, and motivate the processing workforce; recommend improvements to processing flow, methods, and equipment. Promote workplace safety and coordinate production between facilities as needed.
