Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team by hiring, onboarding, and developing Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers; own interview loop, ramp plans, and performance.
  • •Stay hands-on with system design, code review, writing integrations, and unblocking engineers on production issues.
  • •Own the internal application layer, including custom applications, services, and automations built between core platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Okta, Marketo, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Slack, Zip, Linear, Notion) with reliability, security, and lifecycle ownership.
  • •Drive AI enablement by leading work that brings agents, MCP servers, and internal AI tooling into business teams, including connective plumbing, evaluation/guardrails, and enablement.
  • •Partner with business and systems owners to turn ambiguous problems into scoped engineering work, establish engineering standards, and make build-vs-buy decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of engineering management experience and 7+ years of hands-on enterprise application, integration, or internal platform engineering.
  • •Hands-on depth in a modern language (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar) and experience designing/operating API-based integrations between business systems.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP, IdP, marketing automation, and support/CX platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Okta, Marketo/Braze, Zendesk, or comparable).
  • •Demonstrated experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real production problems, including evaluation and guardrails.
  • •Track record of hiring and raising the technical bar, plus strong stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
