Job Summary

Configure and enhance Workday Advanced Compensation as the subject matter expert for annual and off-cycle compensation cycles. Lead Workday compensation design, configuration, testing, and release planning while partnering with HR and HRIT to ensure scalable processes and data integrity. Own unit, regression, and pre-launch testing, manage enhancement intake via JIRA, and provide consultative guidance from concept through implementation while upholding legal, security, and data governance standards.

•Act as Workday Advanced Compensation subject matter expert, leading design, configuration, and testing of compensation processes.
•Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end annual and off-cycle compensation cycles.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable outcomes with downstream consistency and data integrity.
•Manage enhancement intake, scoping, and sizing in JIRA, and ensure successful execution of approved changes.
•Analyze and test new Workday features, support release planning, own unit/regression/pre-launch testing and sign off, and provide overall project oversight for assigned initiatives.

Salary: USD 122,000 - 168,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
•Serve as the Workday Advanced Compensation subject matter expert across design, configuration, and testing of compensation processes.
•Strong communication skills with high attention to detail, working independently and collaboratively.
•Ability to learn quickly and deliver effectively under tight deadlines; self-starter who assumes ownership and accountability.
