Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing the design process from campus planning/basis of design through issuance of construction drawings.
  • •Develop and assist in planning and kickoff workshops; facilitate creation of a shared execution plan.
  • •Assist in authoring scopes of work for contracts and administer/track issued contracts; define and track deliverables.
  • •Track cost, schedule, progress, and scope; provide dashboard reporting and support change management for project scope and design contracts.
  • •Complete quality checks of design issues in the BIM environment and coordinate design activities with procurement and construction; support project closeout to align documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of design project management experience is required.
  • •3+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred (degree may be substituted by a combination of experience and education).
  • •Strong understanding of design and building construction principles, plus intermediate understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • •Experience managing and coordinating project teams, drafting scopes of work, and excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
