Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the roadmap for an area of the Agentic Orchestration product suite (agent runtime, planner/router, human-in-the-loop, governance, or process composition).
  • •Translate advances in reasoning, tool use, and long-horizon planning into practical, governable enterprise features.
  • •Build the ecosystem of agents, processes, and connectors to help customers and partners share, reuse, and scale agentic patterns.
  • •Act as an AI-multiplied PM by using AI to synthesize signals, draft specs, prototype flows, and run evaluations.
  • •Own key metrics (e.g., task success rate, intervention rate, cost-per-completion, time-to-value) and drive prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years combined experience in product management and software engineering.
  • •Technical background shipping cross-functionally with engineering and applied AI/research teams.
  • •Track record contributing to ambitious enterprise products with distribution or commercial success (enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS, or developer platforms preferred).
  • •Hands-on with frontier models and agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, etc.) and the evolving tool-use/orchestration landscape.
  • •Strong data synthesis skills, comfortable with SQL/notebooks, translating analytics and evaluation results into decisions.
