Lead the customer accounts platform and identity foundation across Quince’s commerce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Own the customer accounts platform and identity foundation across the commerce ecosystem, including authentication, identity management, and account lifecycle.
•Define and build AI-powered identity and account experiences, including intelligent agents that improve CX and automate workflows.
•Design and maintain the canonical customer identity and profile model with secure data handling across devices and channels.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, security, CX, and data/AI teams to ensure platform reliability, privacy, and trust.
•Define platform integrations with checkout, CRM, fraud/risk systems, and AI/ML frameworks to enable scalable account experiences.

Key Requirements

•3–7+ years total experience; 2+ years in product management
•Experience building platform or infrastructure products
•Strong technical fluency with APIs, system design, and data models
•Experience working closely with engineering teams
•Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset
