Teller

Handle daily teller transactions at the branch’s lobby and drive-up locations, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemption. Provide outstanding client service, answer questions in person and by phone, and identify cross-sell/referral opportunities to connect customers with bankers and additional products. Maintain accurate cash drawer balances, follow security and confidentiality procedures, process required reports and credit card applications, and complete special customer requests.
