Key Responsibilities

  • •Own analytics data strategy end-to-end, architecting internal reporting, BI, agentic tooling, and experimentation infrastructure and driving it into production.
  • •Lead AI strategy for internal tools by identifying where agentic/LLM tooling can improve business understanding and delivering reliable systems at scale.
  • •Define and own domain data strategy, including metrics, data sources, modeling/naming standards, and source-of-truth ownership boundaries.
  • •Ensure consistency, accuracy, and speed in reporting and intelligence by building monitoring, testing, and reconciliation systems for trustworthy dashboards and datasets.
  • •Set technical best practices for the data organization for modeling, tooling, and data quality, and mentor other engineers as an IC lead.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years as a data or software engineer building data warehouses, distributed data systems, or event-driven architectures.
  • •Design and implement data models using dimensional, Data Vault, or ledger-style techniques for analytical and transactional workloads.
  • •Hands-on expertise with ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and observability tooling (Kafka, Debezium, dbt, Spark, Flink, Dagster, Airflow, Monte Carlo, Great Expectations).
