Job Summary

Lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHS&S) strategy across North America as part of the Global EHS&S team. You’ll direct regional EHS&S teams, drive regulatory compliance and risk mitigation (including OSHA/EPA), strengthen safety culture, oversee audits and incident investigations, and advance sustainability/ESG initiatives in alignment with business goals. Reporting to the VP of EHS&S, you’ll also manage emergency preparedness and partner cross-functionally to embed EHS&S into operations.

•Develop and execute the Americas EHS&S strategy aligned with global objectives and business goals.
•Lead regional EHS&S teams by building capability, driving accountability, and improving safety culture.
•Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and proactively identify/mitigate risks across North American sites.
•Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
•Direct emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis management, and advance sustainability/ESG initiatives.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
•10–15+ years of EHS experience, including multi-site and multi-country experience.
•Strong regulatory knowledge across America, including federal/state/local requirements.
•Proven leadership and experience driving cultural transformation.
•Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, and/or CHMM.
