Build and lead a lean energy/utilities specialists team, manage utility and water provider relationships, and lead negotiations on power, capacity, solar, water, and infrastructure access. Evaluate new data center sites for power and water viability, align utility timelines with delivery teams, and manage the energy portfolio to enforce SLAs and surface rate improvement opportunities.
