Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and employee inquiries for a mission-driven non-profit serving children, youth, and families. Maintain accurate, confidential HR records in the HRIS, support employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures, and help ensure compliance with employment laws. Contribute to performance management (annual reviews and goal-setting) and support HR policy/program development to foster a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
•Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for employee enquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
•Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS.
•Support employee relations and compliance, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employment law compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a similar HR role, such as an HR Coordinator or Generalist.
•Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

•Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency using HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite; a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is highly desirable.
