Key Responsibilities

  • •Food preparation: assist in light preparation of hot and/or cold foods and pre-packaging food items for staging and delivery
  • •Inventory receiving and management: accurately receive and stock inventory, monitor product quality and freshness, and follow HACCP and food-handling processes
  • •Pick, pack and sort: use smartphone-type scanning tools to pick and stage orders and hand off to Dashers
  • •Delight customers: communicate clearly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed
  • •Warehouse organization and safety: maintain a safe working environment and complete cleaning and organization tasks as assigned

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age or older
  • •Ability to stand on feet and perform warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

  • •Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; team oriented and reliable
