Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and run OpenRouter’s Discord end to end, including events, giveaways, and challenges.
  • •Design and scale contributor/recognition programs and community role systems.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and support community moderators with recognition and non-monetary benefits.
  • •Act as the company’s continuous feedback loop by listening to community sentiment and reporting it back.
  • •Build and maintain community automations for sentiment, trends, and signals; partner on product feedback and in-person event playbooks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in community management or a closely related role.
  • •Experience running Discord communities at meaningful scale, including events, programs, and moderation.
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs and their APIs, including reading/writing example code and discussing model tradeoffs.
  • •Strong written communication with a natural voice across Discord, Twitter/X, and Reddit.
  • •Ability to scale community programs with a 1:n mindset and execute independently as a self-directed contributor.
