Key Requirements

  • •Active FINRA Series 7 registration.
  • •3+ years of brokerage or financial services operations experience in new accounts, account maintenance, CIP/AML, escheatment, statement review, or related account operations.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills working with large lists, exports, and reconciliation-style work.
  • •Understanding of databases (tables, fields, and data relationships) to investigate operational data and drive cleanup work.
  • •Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and clear written and verbal communication with partners, users, and internal stakeholders.
