Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a cost management team to ensure delivery of all accountabilities across major construction projects.
  • •Oversee client communications and cost management service delivery, including research on construction market conditions using published data.
  • •Manage strategic and operational delivery of cost management services, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and development.
  • •Establish team strategy aligned with the Business Plan; drive knowledge management and process improvement, including quality control and participation in ISO audits.
  • •Manage performance measurement and reporting using KPI/appraisal documents and internal tools; prepare proposals and RFP responses, and support pipeline building with existing and new clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment; prior people management experience.
  • •Proven track record delivering cost management services for clients.
  • •Major construction sector experience across commercial real estate, corporate occupier, life sciences, data centers, industrial/manufacturing, and large capital projects.
