Job Summary

Lead the electrical specification, schematic design, component selection, and layout for test boards supporting IC products. Own lab bring-up and debugging to ensure the testing platform is implemented effectively on the production floor. Collaborate across R&D and production teams (Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware, and Testing) and work with ATE tools including UF Tester & Prober for wafer sort and test readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the electrical specification, schematic design, components selection, and layout considerations for test boards.
•Drive lab bring-up and debugging until the testing platform is efficiently implemented on the production floor.
•Coordinate with R&D and production groups including Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware, and Testing.
•Develop and execute test board design and execution for IC products.
•Work with UF Tester & Prober ATE wafer sort products to support testing needs.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
•3+ years of experience as a Board Design Engineer
•Experience with digital circuits, power, and high-speed design
•Project management skills
•Advantages: system-level understanding and familiarity with production environments (wafer sort and final test)
