Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the input agent for operations and ensure allocated corporate events are processed within required timeframes and deadlines.
  • •Process corporate events in accordance with operational manuals and complete end-of-day checklists and team control functions.
  • •Escalate deviations and matters that may present potential financial loss or client service concern to the Manager as per escalation matrix.
  • •Maintain consistent audit/regulatory/risk ratings and comply with Group and company policies and standards.
  • •Support continuous improvement by conducting periodic procedure reviews and participating in process discussions and management meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to process allocated corporate events efficiently, accurately, and within required timeframes and deadlines.
  • •Acquire a basic to intermediate understanding of corporate action processes; prior banking products or securities markets experience is highly desirable.
  • •At least 12 months of securities background/experience is required.
  • •Fluency in English for reading/writing business letters and reports; Mandarin reading/writing is required and Cantonese is a strong advantage.
  • •Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement under pressure, strong organisational skills for prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlines.
