Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and disposition logistics product claims (overages, shortages, damages, refusals) reported by carriers at delivery.
  • •Obtain and validate Proof of Delivery (POD) for each case and ensure claims information is accurately maintained.
  • •Maintain and update an active worklist, including daily audits in High Radius and reporting through Power BI for KPI/scorecards.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Transportation Operations, FSQA, Plant Operations, Shipping, Warehousing, Customer Service, Deductions, Sustainability) to drive accurate and timely resolutions.
  • •Process donation receipts and oversee weekly accessorial payments per contractual agreements, ensuring carrier payment expectations are met.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Minimum 3 years of office clerical experience preferred.
  • •Prior logistics experience, especially handling OS&D claims or customer service, is highly valuable.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with professional phone skills and the ability to negotiate and resolve third-party OS&D carrier claims.
